I'm in love with the popular baking trend that is decorated cookie cakes and I believe this trend is here to stay. Cookie cakes, or cream tarts or biscuit cakes, as they are known in some parts, are a fun alternative to a traditional cake. The current methods for making a cookie cake, however, aren't always fun. My stencils work perfectly for cutting out a gorgeous cake into a number, letter or other popular cake shape. Simply place the templates on top of your cake and cut out your shape.
